What started out as a conversation with my friend Christine last November turned into something else.
Im sure everyone living in America in the early 90s remembers the older Nick show Doug. Like it or hate it, there was no denying that Doug was the epitome of the 90s. The bright colors, the style of the characters, etc. But epic was something the show never-ever claimed to be. So what could make it more epic than pitting Doug's alter-ego Quail-man against his arch nemesis Roger in an all out war against the heavens? Nothing, that's what.
On that note, some things shouldn't EVER be mixed. In this case it's Fist of the North Star and Nickelodeon's Doug. Oops.
And also, I'm pretty sure the logo says Hokuto no Doug. But I don't know any Japanese, and I'm sure Google Translation wasn't meant for things like this. Oh well.

Just a small update, minor touch ups and a brown overlay to mull out the colors.
